IBD Health Coaching Programmes
The factors that influence and IBD are far-ranging. Food, of course, is a critical piece of the puzzle. But the health of your gut is also influenced by exercise, stress, rest, sleep, time spent in nature, even your social relationships and the environment you live in.
That’s why, in my programmes, we’ll take a more holistic view of your gut health. Together, we’ll explore your world to identify the diet and lifestyle habits that are triggering your IBD and making your guts sad. From there, we will work together to pull the right levers to build a lifestyle that prioritises and supports your gut health.
This process will leave you informed and empowered to go on growing your gut health and managing your IBD long after our last session draws to a close. You’ll be in control the whole way and will learn how to get your gut happier and smiling.
I’m a fully qualified Health Coach through Health Coaches Academy and follow the UKIHCA standards of practice. My coaching programmes include an in-depth assessment, regular 1:1 online coaching sessions, personalised action plans, and ongoing support between sessions.
